Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at foreignss26@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice, in its original condition and unused.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Defective items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
